What We Do

We provide quality training throughout California and neighboring States to enable our clients to remain in compliance with federal and state laws governing environmental and occupational exposure to asbestos, lead and a variety of other topics.

Our courses satisfy legal training requirements and we are accredited to provide courses by the proper government agencies.

OSHA & CDPH require lead training when renovating and remodeling.  Our courses meet the training requirements for renovation and remodeling activities that as of June 1, 1999 must comply with the rules and regulations published by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (Reference: 40 CFR Parts 745.82 and 745.103). ​

Our Goal

Our goal is to provide our clients with the necessary tools and information required to conduct their business and carry out their work assignments while ensuring minimal risk/exposure to occupational hazards, primarily asbestos and lead base paint.

We have enhanced our facilities, revised our course material and recruited excellent trainers to satisfy our commitment to provide cost-effective training without compromising quality.

Brandy Snider
President, Training Director & HR Manager

Brandy has worked in the industry since 2001.  She started working as the office assistant and shortly after took over as Office Manager.  She is now a proud owner since 2015. Brandy prides herself in her work and strives for her clients success in the industry. 

Herminio Trujillo
Vice President & Instructor

Herminio has been in the abatement industry sine 1982.  He started teaching at ESTP in 2003  while still working in the field as a supervisor in asbestos and lead. He is now a proud owner since 2015. He brings a ton of field experience that leaves his students well educated and ready for the field.  Herminio is bilingual and you will see him teaching English and Spanish classes.

Sherri Scott
​Office Manager

Sherri joined our team in  2019. She has excellent customer service & office experience.  She has a great understanding of the industry and can assist with any questions you may have! 

Joel Martinez
​Instructor

.​Joel has been in the abatement industry since 1990. Joel joined our team in 2015. He has field experience dealing with asbestos, lead, mold and other hazardous materials.  He now  specializes in teaching our First Aid/CPR, Lead, Asbestos, Traffic Control, Flagging (ATTSA), Confined Space, and Hazwoper classes. 

Darryl "Rusty" Utterback
​Instructor

Rusty has 40 years of experience in the asbestos field.  He joined our team in 2016.  He now specializes in teaching our Asbestos, First Aid/CPR, Traffic Control, Flagging (ATTSA), Confined Space, OSHA 10 and 30 classes. ​

Dan Napier
​Instructor, MS, CIH, CSP, CAC, REA

Dan founded DNA Industrial Hygiene in 1984. He has taught courses, conducted surveys, provided consulting and management services for public and private entities throughout California and neighboring states. He started teaching for ESTP in 2001. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
